MAKE MORE OF THE CONVERSATION

The right details change
what you can ask next.

From the first question to the follow-up, give your reps more to work with than the number on the screen.

01 / GET AHEAD OF OBJECTIONS

Ask now. Avoid surprises later.

Use property and recorded mortgage details to ask about the seller’s situation before you prepare an offer. Bring important questions into the first conversation.

02 / FIND WHO ELSE NEEDS A SAY

“I need to talk to someone first.”

See people associated with the property and ask who else needs to be involved. Confirm the decision-makers early, while you’re building the relationship.

03 / HAVE ANOTHER WAY TO FOLLOW UP

A quiet lead isn’t a dead end.

If the original number goes unanswered, available email addresses and other phone numbers give you more ways to reconnect.

04 / KEEP YOUR ATTENTION ON THE CALLER

Research without the tab juggling.

Review properties, estimated values, and recorded loans in Salesforce while you talk. Spend more of the conversation listening and asking useful questions.

05 / LOOK BEYOND THE FIRST PROPERTY

One call may open another door.

A lead may be connected to more than one property. See the available associations and ask whether there are other properties they’d consider selling.

06 / KEEP EVERY CONVERSATION STRAIGHT

New call. Same place in your work.

A second call won’t replace the details you’re reading. New interactions wait, and recent history lets you return to the right caller when you’re ready.

Records give you a starting point for better questions. Confirm ownership and decision-making roles with the caller; data availability varies.

SEE IT DURING THE CONVERSATION

THE INFORMATION BEHIND THE CONVERSATION

Your team works in Salesforce.
DealMachine supplies the data.

DealMachine is the property and contact data service behind Caller Intelligence. The app looks up the caller’s phone number and brings available person and property records into Salesforce.

A DealMachine account with API access supplies the lookups. If you’re new to DealMachine, we’ll help you understand the account requirements during setup.

YOUR PHONE SERVICE. MORE CONTEXT.

Built for more than one provider.

Keep the same Caller Intelligence workspace as phone integrations expand. Availability depends on your provider’s call and text capabilities.

Incoming-text support is built and tested with simulated events. Connect through 360 SMS Open API, then verify a real text with your team. Voice calls are not connected by this integration.

Your team, your lines

Caller Intelligence keeps the phone source visible and the current caller on screen. New interactions wait until a rep chooses to switch.

GUIDED SETUP

Bring your accounts. We’ll help connect them.

For this pilot, an installation specialist handles the technical setup. Your Salesforce administrator approves access and helps test the workflow.

smrtPhone is tested with incoming texts and answered calls. Ask about pilot setup for your team.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few practical details.

Do I have to use the command line?

Not when you arrange assisted setup: an installation specialist handles the technical installation. Your Salesforce administrator approves access, connects your accounts, and helps test the result. A self-service Salesforce installation link is not available in this pilot yet.

Will there be a simpler Salesforce install button?

A Salesforce installation link followed by guided account setup is the intended self-service experience. That package still needs to be created and tested. For now, ask about assisted setup; the developer download is an optional technical resource.

How do we stay up to date?

Starting with version 0.4.0, administrators get an automatic daily version check while Caller Intelligence is open. New Salesforce app releases show an update notice; an installation administrator currently applies the update. The hosted phone connector and this website update through Vercel. See the latest release and update options.

Does this only work with smrtPhone?

The workspace is designed for multiple phone providers. smrtPhone is the integration tested today. 360 SMS incoming-text support is built and tested with simulated events; account activation and a live text test are required. Its voice calls are not connected. Other services need a compatibility review.

Will this work without Left Main?

Yes. The pilot works in a Salesforce Developer Edition without Left Main. Left Main compatibility has not been tested. smrtPhone has been verified with real calls and texts. The 360 SMS incoming-text adapter has been tested with simulated events; a live 360 SMS account test is still needed.

Does the panel appear before I answer?

With the current smrtPhone integration, the panel opens on the Incoming Call Answered event. The first incoming call or text opens the idle panel; later arrivals wait until you choose to view them. Pre-answer ringing is not supported.

What happens when calls arrive back to back?

Your current caller stays on screen. New calls and texts appear in a waiting count, and Recent activity lets you choose when to switch. Loaded details and unfinished lead forms are kept while the panel stays open. Salesforce restores your latest 50 calls and texts from the past seven days after a refresh; unsaved forms are session-only.

What information can my reps see?

Available emails and phone numbers, associated properties, estimated values, recorded mortgages, and people linked to an address. These records can help reps identify who to ask about and how to follow up. Confirm who owns the property and who has a say in selling it with the caller. Coverage varies; consumer credit reports are not included.

What is DealMachine, and do my reps need to learn another CRM?

DealMachine supplies the property and contact records used by Caller Intelligence. Your reps view the information inside Salesforce. A DealMachine account with API access is required, and we’ll help your administrator understand that setup.

Does the download include a working phone connection?

The download includes the Salesforce app and administrator instructions. The DealMachine installation team must provision a private endpoint and authorize the customer’s Salesforce integration user before live calls can arrive. No pilot credentials are included.

Where is information stored?

The DealMachine API key is encrypted in Salesforce. The Vercel connector delivers inbound events to Salesforce using the organization’s own authorization. Salesforce stores private interaction records and cached profiles. Administrators set access and retention for their organization.
